- Manage accounts; personalize content; track learning progress.
- Process orders and payments; send receipts and service emails.
- Provide support.
- Provide replays and generate session summaries/analysis (we may use automated tools/AI).
- Keep the service safe and reliable; prevent fraud/abuse.

- Comply with laws and enforce our Terms.
Legal bases (where required): contract, legitimate interests, consent (e.g., marketing cookies), and legal obligation.
4) Cookies & choices
- We use necessary cookies to run the Site.
- We use analytics/marketing cookies only where the law requires consent.
- You can control cookies via your browser and (where available) our cookie banner.
5) Payments
Payments are processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Dodopayments) under their terms and privacy notices. We receive limited info (like last 4 digits, expiry month, and transaction outcome) to fulfill your order.
6) Students & children
- We collect only what’s needed for learning and safety.
- Where required, we obtain verifiable parental/school consent before collecting a child’s data.
- Teachers/schools: by using our Services with students, you confirm you have the needed permissions and will use student data only for education.
- Parents/guardians can review or delete a child’s info by contacting us.
Age thresholds differ by country. If you’re unsure, please ask.
7) Sharing your data
We share data only with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, email, video‑conferencing/recording, transcription, AI analysis for learning feedback).

- Partners you connect (only with your direction/consent).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect safety/rights.
- Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition).
We do not sell your personal data.
8) International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. When we transfer data, we use safeguards allowed by law (e.g., contractual protections). Contact us for details.
9) How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
- Session recordings & transcripts: replays are available for 5 days after a session. We may then delete them (keeping minimal copies only where needed for legal, security, or quality reasons). Download within 5 days if you want to keep a copy.
- Opting out: tell your teacher before a session if you do not want to be recorded. That session won’t have a replay or automated analysis.
10) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object, and to withdraw consent. Email support@read4more.com to make a request. If you object to recording or AI analysis, we’ll turn it off for future sessions (but replay/analysis features won’t be available for those sessions). You may also have the right to complain to your local data authority.
