If you don\u2019t agree, please don\u2019t use the website or our services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be of legal age in your country, or have parental\/guardian consent if you\u2019re a minor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re responsible for your account and password. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users or the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Buying access &amp; billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access:<\/strong> Some offerings are one\u2011time purchases; others are subscriptions. Access may be time\u2011limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pricing:<\/strong> Prices, features, and taxes may change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payments:<\/strong> You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your chosen method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renewals:<\/strong> Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> You can cancel anytime; you\u2019ll keep access through the end of the paid period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds &amp; cancellations (read me!)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General rule:<\/strong> <strong>All sales are final.<\/strong> We don\u2019t offer refunds, <strong>except where the law requires<\/strong> (e.g., unauthorized\/duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or if we fail to provide the purchased access\/services).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>72\u2011hour cut\u2011off:<\/strong> A refund is <strong>not possible<\/strong> <strong>within 72 hours<\/strong> of the scheduled start of delivery of a course <strong>or<\/strong> after you start using any part of a course\/package\/digital content\u2014<strong>whichever happens first<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you are eligible for a refund (before the 72\u2011hour cut\u2011off and before using any content):<\/strong> the refund will be issued <strong>minus<\/strong> non\u2011recoverable costs such as payment processor commissions, transaction fees, and bank\/currency\u2011exchange charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What counts as \u201cstart\/consume\u201d:<\/strong> logging into the enrolled course area, downloading materials, streaming any lesson\/video\/live session, submitting an assignment, or accessing protected content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subscriptions:<\/strong> Cancelling stops future renewals. We <strong>don\u2019t refund<\/strong> partial periods once a billing period has started, unless required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Scheduling &amp; rescheduling (real life happens)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First\u2011come, first\u2011served:<\/strong> Book session times through our shared calendar. To secure preferred slots, <strong>book in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reschedule window:<\/strong> You may reschedule up to <strong>12 hours before<\/strong> the session start. Inside 12 hours, rescheduling is at the teacher\u2019s discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No\u2011shows\/late changes:<\/strong> If you miss a session without timely rescheduling, the teacher may mark it as <strong>used\/chargeable<\/strong> or, at their discretion, offer a new time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Session validity &amp; expiry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Packages (e.g., 10 sessions) must be used within the stated <strong>validity window<\/strong> (for example, one month) from purchase\/activation. Unused sessions <strong>expire<\/strong> and are not refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you expect not to finish in time, contact your teacher <strong>early<\/strong>. Extensions depend on availability and aren\u2019t guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Daily practice calls (free add\u2011on)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Included with some subscriptions as a <strong>complimentary<\/strong> benefit run by our assistant teachers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You schedule the call time. It\u2019s a light, real\u2011life conversation practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability is <strong>first\u2011come, first\u2011served<\/strong> \u0648 <strong>not guaranteed<\/strong>. As a free bonus, unavailability doesn\u2019t create credits or refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Group classes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We set group times by the majority\u2019s availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you can\u2019t attend the only time the group can meet, your subscription may be <strong>postponed<\/strong> until another suitable group is available. No cash refunds for schedule mismatches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Session recordings &amp; learning analysis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Live sessions <strong>may be recorded<\/strong> to provide replays (for <strong>5 days<\/strong>) and post\u2011session analysis (strengths, weaknesses, main ideas). Analyses may take up to <strong>24 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t want to be recorded?<\/strong> Tell your teacher <strong>before<\/strong> the session. If you opt out, there\u2019s no replay or automated analysis for that session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may use <strong>AI tools<\/strong> for transcripts and analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Our content &amp; your content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Our content:<\/strong> Courses, videos, text, images, and logos belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a <strong>limited, personal, non\u2011transferable, revocable<\/strong> license to use content during your access period. No reselling, sharing, scraping, or public posting without permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certificates:<\/strong> Completion certificates are not academic degrees or professional licenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Your content:<\/strong> You keep ownership of what you submit (assignments, comments). You give us a worldwide, non\u2011exclusive, royalty\u2011free license to host, display, and use it to run and improve the Services and show it to intended audiences (e.g., your class\/teacher). You must have the rights to post it. We may remove content that breaks the law or these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) Acceptable use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please don\u2019t: break the law; infringe IP or privacy; upload malware or try to bypass security; harass others; misrepresent who you are; collect others\u2019 data without consent; or use the Services to advertise without our permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10) Schools, teachers, and parents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you manage student accounts, you confirm you have authority\/consent and will use student data only for educational purposes, following applicable student\u2011privacy laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11) Third\u2011party services (including Canva)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We integrate third\u2011party tools (video hosting, payments, etc.). They have their own terms\/policies that apply to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canva for Education:<\/strong> We\u2019re registered with Canva as an educational institution and may provide <strong>complimentary<\/strong> access to certain Canva for Education\/Pro features to teachers and students. We <strong>don\u2019t charge<\/strong> for this. Availability depends on Canva\u2019s rules and may change or end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12) Disclaimers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Services and content are provided <strong>\u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d<\/strong> without warranties of any kind (including fitness for a particular purpose and non\u2011infringement). We don\u2019t promise any specific learning outcome or uninterrupted, error\u2011free service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13) Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To the fullest extent the law allows, we (and our directors, employees, and partners) aren\u2019t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
